Allcare Premium Theratubing is ideal for rehabilitation exercises needing variable load resistance. Used primary for upper body exercises involving shoulder and rotator cuff but also can be used for lower body when you need low to moderate resistance, lateral load options for joints as well as light variable load for strengthening exercises. Red (medium) is one of the most common resistance loads.

Tubing comes tied at each end for handles and is 1.25m between the knots.
