The heel lifts are designed to help relieve heel pain, Achilles pain, calf pain and other lower limb problems. Improves your recovery time and gives you the best chance for continuing your sport or lifestyle.

The Heel Raiser height is measured at centre of heel. If measured from the back the 4mm heel raise is actually 6mm in height. The 6mm heel raise is actually 10mm in height.
