Theratubing - Green (Heavy)

Allcare Premium Theratubing is ideal for rehabilitation exercises needing variable load resistance. Used primary for upper body exercises involving shoulder and rotator cuff but also can be used for lower body when you need more resistance and a variable load for general strengthening exercises. Green (heavy) is slightly thicker in diameter and has more resistance than a medium band.

Tubing comes tied at each end for handles and is 1.25m between the knots.
