Allcare Premium Theratubing is ideal for rehabilitation exercises needing variable load resistance. Blue level theratubing is used for pulling and pressing exercises or for a heavier variable resistance with upper and lower body strength training but lighter than powerbands.

Tubing comes tied at each end for handles and is 1.25m between the knots.
