Fortress Premium Power Bands are much stronger, more durable and versatile than commonly used resistance bands. They are made of multiple layers of latex bonded together with a strong epoxy. This makes them far less prone to snapping than ordinary resistance bands. The Blue powerband is commonly used for hip joint mobility exercises, along with distraction for the shoulder and elbow joint. It is also a great resistance load for squats, deadlifts, total knee extension and assistance with pull ups.
